Hi, my name is Marsha.
I’m a certified Life coach, Author, speaker, & ministry leader.
I was blessed with the opportunity to start the women’s ministry at The Oasis Church, where I currently serve, when it opened its doors in 2010. This blessing was an extension of the desire and passion God placed in my heart several years ago to minister to His daughters.
In His call on my life, He has given me opportunities to lead women’s ministries, write several Bible studies, devotions and blogs, lead and facilitate dozens of Bible studies, speak at women’s retreats for various churches and come alongside women through Christ-centered coaching.
My passion is to journey alongside women as they discover who they are in Christ, what God created them for and how they are equipped to live the abundant life God calls them to.

Whether you are a new mother struggling to balance your daily responsibilities with taking care of your children, a wife experiencing disconnection in your marriage, an entrepreneur experiencing burnout, or you’re struggling to see yourself the way God sees you, my goal is to support you so you can thrive exactly where God has planted you and live into His purpose for your life.

God created us as wives to be our husband's helpmates. Through the lens of Scripture, I aim to encourage us to understand our God-given place within marriage, to be not only our husband's lovers but also their best friends, to surrender to God's authority in marriage, to seek to see and understand our husband's perspective on situations, and to be courageous in speaking truth in love.

Parenting is a blessing and a privilege. God has allowed us to steward these little lives for a brief moment in time. My goal is to help us understand our true responsibilities in parenthood, our need for partnership within parenting, and how to surrender our children to the Lord. I will encourage us to face our fears and anxieties through God's sovereignty and to lean into His guidance as the perfect Parent. Ultimately, I aim to encourage us to model Jesus to our children, our first and primary mission field and disciples.

Helping women of any age understand their identity in Christ allows us to navigate the pitfalls of culture, the flesh, and the enemy. I aim to encourage us to seek first God and His Truth, no matter our stage in life. God calls us to honor our parents, and this applies to us even as we grow older. By seeking to walk according to Scripture, God will show us how to honor our parents in any circumstances we find ourselves in. God's Word guides us through the culture we live in and reveals our true identity in Christ.

Every woman, whether a businesswoman or a stay-at-home mom, benefits from margin and boundaries. We often have a tendency to overextend ourselves. Margin creates space for the unexpected without leaving us overburdened. It allows for proper prioritization, helping us manage our responsibilities effectively and efficiently. With good prioritization and organization, we can accomplish our tasks in a timely manner and to the best of our abilities. This also allows us to be fully present in the moment, rather than being mentally checked out due to an overwhelming schedule. In the busy seasons of life, my goal is to help identify areas that would benefit from margin and boundaries, help create a working plan, and encourage accountability.

Do you need a speaker at your next gathering?
Any time I am blessed with the opportunity to speak to a group of women, my prayer is that God would be glorified through the reading of His word and the revelations He has given me to share with them. My greatest hope is to meet them in the midst of their struggles and encourage them with the hope I have found in the midst of my own. Not only that, but I desire to equip them with practical ways to experience the transformation God offers in their day-to-day lives as they seek a deeper, more intimate relationship with Him. To me, there is nothing more rewarding than this.
Get into God’s Word This christmas season with an ADVENT Devotional
On the pages of this devotional, you will embark on a journey that begins with God. He is present with His creation. Man fails miserably and sin plagues this narrative, yet God is still there. Our encounter with each of these characters enters us into a race toward the moment when man would once again be found in the presence of God. Jesus would come and make His dwelling among men. Immanuel, God wraps Himself in flesh and lives among men.
This journey includes twenty-eight days of readings beginning at creation and ending at the manger. Five women are mentioned in the genealogy of Jesus found in Matthew 1. These devotions will be a bonus entry as we recognize the value God placed upon women to carry the seed of the Messiah.
